We liked the Album Chartshow that ran on ITV in the mornings throughout the early 90′s. It was only place you could see the videos of that obscure indie act you liked at the time but never got above the 37th spot on the chart. Then Ant, Dec and Cat Deeley came along and ruined it for everyone.

Nowadays trying to watch good music videos on TV is near impossible. MTV is now a reality TV channel solely documenting incredibly rich kids with learning difficulties and Hulk Hogan. So we’ve dug out three videos that you’ll never see on TV, but you really should have in your life. Mos Def strips it down, Gnarls Barkley digs it out and makes it jaw-dropping and Beardyman (who’s bringing his Battlejam to Cargo tomorrow night) does it with multi angles with help from Mr. Hopkinson.
