Carlos and the Bandidos play some of the wildest rockabilly on the scene. They've had four successful album releases; including this years hit ‘The good, The Bad and The Bandidos'. The album not only helped the guys to make the scene but also had critics talking like crazy about the cookin' tracks that once and for all place the Bandidos as pivotal players in today's rockabilly scene.
Their live performance is unreal, and crowds flip when they see the band donning their full Mexico attire and once they get going, no one in the joint is left standing on the sides. The band members have all their jets burning and you can check it out for yourselves by casting an eye over the bands myspace ‘www.myspace.com/carlosbandidos' to hear the rockin hipsters first hand.
Cargo is sure to become an antsville with doll faced wonders wanting to catch a glimpse of the bandidos, so be sure to have your heels on fire to get here as entry is free but Cargo only has so much room!
Joining the line-up is legendary Scotsman and DJ; Keb Darge, who has been around the northern soul & funk scene since the start. In the early days you may have caught a glimpse of him dancing at a casino in Wigan, but today he is renowned for holding notorious Deep Funk nights at top spots around London.
He manages to distinguish himself by having a 60's & 70's musical knowledge second to none that is perfectly reflected on his BBE compilations. Today he travels the globe DJ'ing, and running the label Kay-Dee Records but tonight he plays a very special set for yours truly.
