The Pulse Festival
The Pulse Festival is set to return to London for the 5th installment of their spectacular annual event of musical multi-culturalism. Pulse is a celebration of the growing presence and blossoming cultural influence of Eastern and Central European communities in the UK and will once again feature a high-quality and wildly eclectic mix of talent from countries such as Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary and Czech republic amongst others. Across the festival’s numerous stages, dozens of artists, both established and emerging, will cover a wide spectrum of musical genres including Jazz, Alternative, Dance, new-wave and Classical, providing a wonderful opportunity to become immersed in the wonderful and diverse music from, or influenced by, Eastern and Central Europe.
NAPSZYKLAT, or if you like, NP, are a different and unique phenomenon in Polish scene. Raping ensemble, which won the main award of Rock Festival Jarocin. Outsiders, who search for, and stride their own paths without looking around at native hip-hop, rock or electronics bands.
AUTUMNIST - This music could be described as a hypnotic mixture of the most contemporary electronica with genreless crossovers as its manifesto. In his broad spectrum of sound, AUTUMNIST combines ambient, hip-hop, breakbeat or high-tech sequences together with lo-fidelity pop, bizarre movie-like atmospheres and cosmic folk. AUTUMNIST is a five piece band with laptops, keyboards, complemented by live bass, drums and scratching by DJ Hlavolam, supported with visuals.
THE UNIQUES - As young talents of the Slovakian electro-indie music scene, THE UNIQUES will perform for the very first time in UK. With a trendy sound, great vocals and excellent musical skills, this band are rising to the very top of contemporary pop in Slovakia.
