Kaleidoscope Caravn Club joins forces with one of London's most acclaimed grime nights, Dirty Canvas.

 

If you had your ears to the ground lately, you would know 22-year-old Peter O'Grady, better known as Dubstep pioneer Joy Orbison, is a man to follow. His tracks have been shaking dance floors nation-wide, and he is behind one of the most played singles of recent history Hyph Mngo. Joy Orbison brings home a tasteful balancing act of uplifting dubstep, two-step and sibling genres, and his DJ set is not to be missed.

 

With the release of his long-awaited and critically acclaimed full-length album Hazyville, Actress (a.k.a Darren Cunningham) has steadily become one of the UK's most intriguing artists. As head of the highly regarded Bristol based label Werk Discs, Actress has been part of some of the UK's most innovative releases of the last 5 years(Lukid's Foma and Onando and Zomby's Where Were U In 92?, to name just a few, were released via Werk Discs). Where there are those that call his music dubstep or Detroit techno, Actress himself has dubbed his music as ‘Werk'.

 

Alexander Nut and Floating Points are the people behind the exquisite Eglo label. Nut, who hosts Rinse FM's Mixed Nuts, is a herald of fresh and futuristic hip hop, grime and soul. He is a self-proclaimed fetishist of low frequencies, so prepare to be vibrated.

 

DJ Magic, responsible for the gripping Dirty Canvas line, one of London's most respected and consistent Grime nights, drops harsh, no compromise tracks for the discerning. He has done mixes for Radio 1,Galaxy Network, BBC 1Xtra, Rinse Fm and Fact Magazine, and we foresee that his presence at Kaleidoscope Caravan Club will benefit all parties.

Austrian VJ duo decollage.tv have recently worked with DJ and production outfit Stanton Warriors, adding their appropriately kaleidoscopic visuals to the Stanton's tour of Australia and America. Amongst their other collaborations, they have also worked with Dubstep star Skream.
