With summer days fast approaching July 5th sees the third installment of Recession. Modular Records will be taking over Cargo on the first Sunday of every summer month to bring you good things with a next to nothing price tag. As these next few Sundays are not so fortunate as to hazily recline into a bank holiday, proceedings will kick off at 4 in the afternoon, with a host of activities and things to keep you entertained in the sun, and will finish up at a school-night friendly midnight. The bbq will be fired up and Future Shorts return to bring us an afternoon of film and fancy with much more to be announced soon.
The launch night was packed by 7.30 so best to get there early to guarantee entry. In the daytime, enjoy the sunshine and the sweet sounds of returning resident DJs Queens of Noize, Modular and Magswich then as day turns to night, the fun moves inside where Teeth!!! will be whipping up an electro-punk frenzy with their live show followed by an exclusive London set from Ajax. We can guarantee you'll be partying like you only have few hours left of your weekend.
