Tennessee based six-piece The Young Republic will release their second album "Balletesque" through End Of The Road Records on 12 October 2009. The 12 new tracks expand on the band's earlier influences of John Lennon, Belle & Sebastian and Bob Dylan to include newer inspirations from The Raconteurs, Pixies and Arcade Fire. "Balletesque" was further enhanced by the mixing talents of Stuart Sikes who's previous work includes White Stripes, Cat Power, Modest Mouse and Loretta Lynn. Following a hugely successful SXSW appearance earlier this year The Young Republic return to the UK in October.
